We had a deluxe double room with a view. Essentials that you need, such as coffee and some excellent tea, were there. Had particularly good location close to train and bus stations, few metres away from a sandy beach. The staff was affable can provide additional tips.

I greatly enjoyed this small hotel and stayed for 5 nights here. The room I had was clean with bedroom. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection of meals to choose from.

We got incredible value for our money, with a clean room, comfortable bed, and a smart TV to enjoy. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the seafront, pier, and funfair. The staff, Malcolm and Heather, were friendly and welcoming, making our stay feel like a home away from home.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal even better was if there were more options for breakfast.

Best aspects were the delicious breakfast and the welcoming hosts. The location was also great, being near the sea and within easy walking distance of attractions. Another advantage was having a smart TV in the room for entertainment.

The small size of the room and the narrow single beds. It was a bit disappointing that there wasn't enough space to dry the towels properly.

My experience at this good small hotel was comfortable. Had a great and comfortable room with bedroom, and I couldn't ask for more. The location was marvellous for traveling around Paignton, near to the centre of the town as well as the sea front. I tried some drinks at bar Henrys Bar, located 5 minutes walk away.

The breakfast provided was excellent, with plenty of options and great service from the hosts.
